CRYC hosts flotillas where member groups take their boats to local destinations (e.g., Salem, Plymouth, Cape Cod) for a day or longer. Flotillas provide an enjoyable time with other boaters while gaining navigational experience around different and interesting places.
"Invasions" are another fun boating activity in which we come together to visit or host other yacht clubs for club camaraderie.
During boating season our members can enjoy the day at World’s End Cove in Hingham, MA where we have unlimited use of the CRYC-only mooring.
CRYC is a registered member of THE YACHTING CLUB OF AMERICA, enabling reciprocal privileges with over 600 US Yacht Clubs. Privileges vary slightly by Club. Generally speaking, you are allowed the usage of the welcoming clubs’ available facilities/services (e.g., short-term berthing, meal/bar service, heads/showers). It is always prudent to call ahead to let them know you’re coming and to determine available services.
